جلست ليلى وكمال على إحدى الطاولات الخشبية الدافئة، مَثْقَلان بضغوطات الدراسة وحيرة المستقبل.

بينما كانوا يحتسون القهوة، شَعُرت ليلى بدوخة مفاجئة، وتراقصت الألوان أمام عينيها حتى نفذت طاقتها وسقطت مغشيًا عليها على الطاولة.

"عليك أن تحاولي الاعتناء بنفسك،" قال لها بقلق وصبر.

"You need to try to take care of yourself," he told her with worry and patience.

في العيادة، بعد الفحص، أخبرهم الطبيب بأن ليلى تُعاني من توتر زائد مع نقص في الحديد بسبب الأنيميا.

At the clinic, after the examination, the doctor informed them that Layla was suffering from excessive stress and iron deficiency due to anemia.

قررت ليلى أخذ استراحة قصيرة من الدراسة للعناية بصحتها النفسية والجسدية.

Layla decided to take a short break from her studies to focus on her mental and physical health.

"ربما حان الوقت لكي أُعيد اكتشاف حبي للشعر بعيدًا عن الضغط،" قالت بنبرة أكثر ارتياحًا.

"Perhaps it's time to rediscover my love for poetry without the pressure," she said with a more relieved tone.

كمال، من ناحيته، استوعب المعنى الأعمق للرعاية الصحية، ليس فقط لمرضاه المحتملين، ولكن لنفسه وأحبائه أيضًا.

As for Kamal, he grasped a deeper understanding of healthcare, not just for his potential patients, but for himself and his loved ones as well.

"سأكون هنا مهما احتجتِ لي،" وعدها بابتسامة تعكس تزايد ثقته بنفسه وبقدراته كطبيب وصديق.

"I’ll be here whenever you need me," he promised her with a smile that mirrored his growing confidence in himself and his capabilities as a doctor and friend.

مع انقضاء الخريف وبداية نسائم الشتاء، وجد كلاهما قوىً جديدة داخلها لمواجهة تحديات الحياة.
