في صباح خريفي هادئ في برج خليفة، دخل زيد إلى المصعد الزجاجي.

On a quiet autumn morning at Burj Khalifa, Zayd entered the glass elevator.

كان قلبه ينبض بقوة، لكنه تظاهر بالهدوء.

His heart was pounding, but he pretended to be calm.

كان يبحث عن الإلهام ليتغلب على خوفه من الأماكن العالية، وليثبت جدارته في الشركة.

He was seeking inspiration to overcome his fear of heights and to prove his worth in the company.

معه في المصعد كانت أميرة ونداء.

With him in the elevator were Amira and Nida.

أميرة كانت موظفة في الشركة نفسها، لطيفة وجميلة.

Amira was an employee at the same company, kind and beautiful.

أما نداء، فهي طالبة جامعية جاءت لرؤية نفس المناظر المدهشة.

As for Nida, she was a university student who came to see the same breathtaking views.

السماء كانت صافية، وأشعة الشمس الذهبية كانت تملأ المصعد بنور دافئ.

The sky was clear, and the golden sunlight filled the elevator with a warm glow.

وفجأة، توقّف المصعد بين الطوابق.

Suddenly, the elevator stopped between floors.

شعرت أميرة بالخوف، ونداء بدأت تتنفس ببطء لتسيطر على قلقها.

Amira felt scared, and Nida began to breathe slowly to control her anxiety.

زيد شعر بأن الجدران تضيق حوله، لكنه تذكر أنه يجب أن يكون قائداً.

Zayd felt like the walls were closing in on him, but he remembered that he needed to be a leader.

"لا تخافوا، كل شيء سيكون بخير"، قال زيد بهدوء.

"Don't be afraid, everything will be fine," said Zayd calmly.

"علينا التفكير بهدوء".

"We need to think calmly."

فكر زيد في خطة.

Zayd thought of a plan.

نحو نداء وقال: "هل يمكنك الضغط على زر الطوارئ؟".

He turned to Nida and said, "Can you press the emergency button?"

فعلت نداء، ولكن دون جدوى.

Nida did so, but to no avail.

نظر زيد إلى أميرة وقال: "علينا أن نحاول فتح الباب بشكل يدوي.

Zayd looked at Amira and said, "We need to try to open the door manually."

" أخذ نفسًا عميقًا، وبدأ بانفتاح الأزرار معًا.

He took a deep breath and began to open the buttons together.

تحمس الجميع وبدأوا بالمساعدة.

Everyone got excited and began to assist.

بعد جهد مشترك، فتحوا الباب، وتمكنوا من الخروج بسلام إلى الطابق.

After a joint effort, they opened the door and were able to safely exit onto the floor.

كان زيد يبتسم بفخر، وأميرة ونداء أيضاً.

Zayd was smiling with pride, and so were Amira and Nida.

شعر زيد بالقوة والطمأنينة.

Zayd felt strong and reassured.

أخذ من هذه التجربة درسًا مهمًا.

He took an important lesson from this experience.

كان يعرف الآن أن الشجاعة تأتي من المواجهة المباشرة للخوف.

He now knew that courage comes from directly facing fear.

عندما وصل إلى الشركة، قرر أن يضيف هذه التجربة إلى مشروعه القادم.

When he reached the company, he decided to add this experience to his next project.

لقد وجد زيد الشجاعة التي كان يبحث عنها، وأدرك أنه قادر على القيادة والتغيير.

Zayd found the courage he was looking for and realized he was capable of leadership and change.

كان اليوم قد انتهى بأمان، لكن التأثير سيبقى طويلًا.

The day ended safely, but the impact would last long.
