Behind them walks Uncle Viktor, who loves seeing them enthusiastic and curious.

Ve muzeu je kouzelná atmosféra.

The museum has a magical atmosphere.

Vysoký strop ozdobený starým, pečlivě propracovaným štukem, pod nímž se tyčí dramaticky osvětlené kostry.

A high ceiling decorated with old, meticulously crafted stucco under which dramatically lit skeletons rise.

A tam, uprostřed sálu, je jeho cíl – Tyrannosaurus rex, ohromný a impozantní.

And there, in the middle of the hall, is his goal – the Tyrannosaurus rex, enormous and imposing.

Eva už začíná vyprávět o časech, kdy dinosauři vládli Zemi.

Eva already starts talking about the times when dinosaurs ruled the Earth.

Jiří poslouchá, ale něco v něm ho pobízí, aby se také podělil o své znalosti.

Jiří listens, but something inside him urges him to share his knowledge as well.

Když se Eva otočí k jiné vitríně, Jiří si všimne malé cedulky u jednoho z vystavených kostí.

When Eva turns to another display case, Jiří notices a small plaque next to one of the exhibited bones.

„Věděli jste,“ promluví a jeho hlas je tišší než obvykle, ale pevný, „že Tyrannosaurus rex měl větší čichové laloky než většina jiných dinosaurů?

“Did you know,” he speaks, and his voice is quieter than usual, but firm, “that the Tyrannosaurus rex had larger olfactory lobes than most other dinosaurs?

To mu pomáhalo lépe čichat potravu a možná i najít zraněná zvířata.“ Eva nadzvedne obočí, docela překvapená.

It helped him smell food better and maybe even find injured animals.” Eva raises her eyebrows, quite surprised.

„To jsem nevěděla,“ přizná, a dokonce se trochu usměje.

“I didn’t know that,” she admits, and even smiles a bit.

Viktor k ní přikývne a přátelsky poplácá Jiřího po rameni.

Viktor nods to her and gives Jiří a friendly pat on the shoulder.

„To je úžasná informace, Jiří.

“That’s an amazing piece of information, Jiří.

Jsem rád, že jsi to našel.

I’m glad you found that.

Tvůj zájem a pozornost se vyplatily,“ řekne Viktor s uznáním.

Your interest and attention paid off,” says Viktor with appreciation.

Jiří se usměje.

Jiří smiles.

Teplo strýcova pochvaly ho naplňuje radostí.

The warmth of his uncle's praise fills him with joy.

Uvědomuje si, že nemusí soupeřit, aby zaujal – stačí, když si najde to své, co ho zajímá.

He realizes that he doesn't have to compete to captivate – he just needs to find what interests him.

Na konci jejich návštěvy Jiří cítí, jak jeho sebevědomí roste.

By the end of their visit, Jiří feels his confidence growing.

Ví, že i když je Eva ve vědě dobrá, on má svůj vlastní způsob, jak se učit a sdílet, a tím se mu otevírá svět plný úžasných možností.

He knows that even though Eva is good at science, he has his own way of learning and sharing, opening up a world full of wonderful possibilities for him.

Na zpáteční cestě domů, když procházejí kolem stánků na náměstí, Jiřího očima stále plápolá jiskra zvědavosti.

On the way back home, as they pass by the stalls in the square, the spark of curiosity still flickers in Jiří's eyes.

Již se těší na další dobrodružství, kdy se bude moci ponořit do světa neznámého a naučit se něco nového – a hlavně, s chutí to sdílet s ostatními.

He is already looking forward to the next adventure, when he can dive into the unknown and learn something new – and most importantly, enjoy sharing it with others.
