Dance, Laughter, and Leeks: A Welsh Tale
Un diwrnod braf oedd hi yng Nghastell Caernarfon, lle roedd yr awyr yn las, a'r adar yn canu'n melodïaidd.
It was a beautiful day at Caernarfon Castle, where the sky was blue and the birds sang melodiously.
Roedd pawb yn edrych ymlaen at y digwyddiad arbennig oedd i ddigwydd - perfformiad dawnsio traddodiadol Gymreig.
Everyone was looking forward to the special event - a performance of traditional Welsh dancing.
Rhys, bachgen ifanc sy'n byw gerllaw, oedd yn marw i ddangos ei sgiliau dawnsio.
Rhys, a young boy who lived nearby, was eager to show off his dancing skills.
Elin a Gwen, ei gyfeillion agos, oedd gydag ef, yn ymarfer camau olaf eu dawns.
Elin and Gwen, his close friends, were with him practicing the final steps of their dance.
Wrth i'r gerddoriaeth ddechrau, dechreuodd Rhys symud i rythm y ffidil a'r delyn, ei droed yn taro'r ddaear yn drwm, ei fryd yn llawn cyffro.
As the music began, Rhys started moving to the rhythm of the fiddle and harp, his feet pounding the ground heavily, his mind full of excitement.
Ond yn sydyn, wrth i'r cyflymder cynyddu, collodd Rhys reolaeth am ennyd a sgrialiodd ar draws y llawr.
But suddenly, as the pace increased, Rhys lost control for a moment and stumbled across the floor.
Yn anffodus, wrth iddo geisio ailennill ei sefyllfa, tarodd yn erbyn Elin, a oedd yn camu 'mlaen ac 'nôl yn rhythmig.
Unfortunately, as he tried to regain his position, he accidentally bumped against Elin, who was stepping forward and back in rhythm.
Gwnaeth Elin, a oedd wedi'i synnu, gam anfwriadol tuag at Gwen, a oedd yn cario pile enfawr o gennin, symbol o Gymru.
Elin, surprised, made an unintentional step towards Gwen, who was carrying a large basket of leeks, a symbol of Wales.
Roedd hi'n anochel; fe wnaeth Gwen syrthio'n ddisymwth ac fe daflwyd y gennin yn hwyrach ar holl gyfeiriadau'r llawr carreg.
It was inevitable; Gwen fell abruptly, and the leeks were scattered in all directions.
Daeth y dawns i stop sydyn wrth i'r cerddoriaeth fudfudar, a trodd y gynulleidfa eu sylw at y llanast.
The dance came to a sudden halt as the scattered music played, and the audience's attention turned to the mess.
Ond nahel, nid diwedd ar yr hwyl oedd hwn. Rhys, yn gwylltio o embaras, cododd yn gyflym, gan estyn ei law at Elin a Gwen. "Mae'n ddrwg 'da fi," meddai e, gan edrych ar ei gyfeillion a'r gynulleidfa gyda llygaid gofidus.
But this was not the end of the excitement. Rhys, wild with embarrassment, quickly stood up, reaching out to Elin and Gwen. "I'm sorry," he said, looking at his friends and the worried audience.
Elin, â gwên ddeallgar ar ei hwyneb, a Gwen, a gasglodd y gennin gyda chwerthin, safodd wrth ei ochr.
Elin, with an understanding smile on her face, and Gwen, who gathered the leeks with laughter, stood by his side.
Mae'n iawn, Rhys," meddai Elin. "Pethau fel hyn sy'n digwydd pan fyddwn ni'n cael hwyl!"
It's okay, Rhys," said Elin. "Things like this happen when we're having fun!"
Yn synnu, gwnaeth y gynulleidfa ddechrau clapo, a dan annog y dorf, aeth y tri yn ôl i ganol y llawr i barhau eu dawns.
Surprisingly, the audience started to clap, and encouraged by the crowd, the three returned to the center of the floor to continue their dance.
Y tro hyn, gyda Rhys yn arwain yn ofalus, gorffennodd y perfformiad heb gamgymeriad arall, i gymeradwyaeth uchel y gynulleidfa.
This time, with Rhys leading carefully, the performance ended without any further mishap, to the high approval of the audience.
Wedi'r cyfan, nid yr wymp oedd yn bwysig, ond y codi a'r parhau i ddawnsio.
After everything, it wasn't the mishap that mattered, but the rise and the continuation of dancing.
Rhys, Elin, a Gwen glymwyd eu cyfeillgarwch yn gryfach na'r blaen, a'u hatgoffa nhw ei bod hi bob amser yn bwysig cael hwyl, yn wyneb unrhyw syrthni.
Rhys, Elin, and Gwen bonded stronger than before, reminding them that it's always important to have fun, despite any mishap.
Ac fel hyn, yn y castell hynafol hwnnw, yn nhraed ei furiau cadarn, dathlodd pawb ysbryd a diwylliant Cymru mewn dawns, chwerthin, a chariad at ei gilydd.
And so, in that ancient castle, in the shadow of its sturdy walls, everyone celebrated the spirit and culture of Wales through dance, laughter, and love for each other.
Diwedd perffaith i ddiwrnod anghofiadwy yng Nghaernarfon.
The perfect end to an unforgettable day in Caernarfon.
