Roedd y dydd yn crwydro gyda lliwiau bywiog yr hydref.
The day wandered with the vibrant colors of autumn.
Daeth y tri ffrind, Gareth, Ffion, a Rhys, allan o’r arddangosfa yn Amgueddfa Genedlaethol Caerdydd.
The three friends, Gareth, Ffion, and Rhys, emerged from the exhibit at the National Museum Cardiff.
Roeddent wedi gweld treftadaeth ddiddorol Cymru, gyda hanes yn dod yn fyw yn flaenau eu llygaid.
They had seen Wales' fascinating heritage, with history coming alive before their eyes.
Roedd awyrgylch yr amgueddfa yn gyffrous.
The atmosphere of the museum was exciting.
Gyda chyffro gynnil, cerddodd Gareth, Ffion, a Rhys i mewn i siop anrhegion yr amgueddfa.
With subtle excitement, Gareth, Ffion, and Rhys walked into the museum's gift shop.
Roedd Ffion yn ffrwydro â llawenydd wrth edrych ar pob trinket gleision ar y silffoedd, tra bod Rhys yn archwilio pob peth gyda synnwyr o ymarferoldeb.
Ffion was bursting with joy as she looked at every blue trinket on the shelves, while Rhys examined each item with a sense of practicality.
"Rwy’n chwilio am atgof," meddai Gareth, gyda llygad y craff yn archwilio’r stoc.
"I'm looking for a memento," said Gareth, with an astute eye surveying the stock.
"Rhywbeth i gofio’r diwrnod hwn," ychwanegodd, yn dal harbwr diog o fywiogrwydd a’r ffordd y digwyddodd hanes o’u blaenau.
"Something to remember this day," he added, holding onto the lazy harbor of liveliness and the way history unfolded before them.
Roedd llawer o bethau ynddo: printiau celf, replicas hanesyddol, a chofroddion hwyliog â themâu amgueddfa.
There were many items: art prints, historical replicas, and whimsical memorabilia with museum themes.
Ond roedd eu prisiau’n amlwg yn ymylu ar y drud.
But their prices were evidently bordering the expensive.
Roedd Gareth yn gwylltio rhwng yr emosiwn a’r realiti.
Gareth was torn between emotion and reality.
Roedd y cofroddion arbennig hyn mor deimladwy, ond roedd y costau’n uchel.
These special souvenirs were so appealing, yet the costs were high.
Dangosodd Rhys gwr euraid i Gareth.
Rhys showed a golden item to Gareth.
Roedd yn fach, syml, heb lawer o lysni, ond roedd yn dangos hynodrwydd a chalon y diwrnod.
It was small, simple, without much shine, but it reflected the uniqueness and heart of the day.
Roedd llawer rhatach, ysgafnach ar y waled.
It was much cheaper, lighter on the wallet.
Aethai’r dydd yn cael ei ddod â chyfriniaeth storïol mewn un eitem fach.
The day was encapsulated in one small item with a storytelling essence.
Roedd Rhys yn gwybod y byddai Gareth yn gweld gwerth personol ynddo.
Rhys knew that Gareth would see personal value in it.
Gydag edrych diolwg i Gareth, dangosodd Rhys y gwr.
With a knowing glance at Gareth, Rhys showed the item.
"Os oes gwerth yn y diwrnod, mae yn yr atgofion rydym ni wedi’i greu gyda’n gilydd.
"If there's value in the day, it is in the memories we've made together."
"Gydag ias o ymdeimlad, Gareth wnaeth benderfyniad.
With a sense of understanding, Gareth made a decision.
Prynon nhw’r gwr syml a chadw’r dydd gyda’i ffrindiau agos.
They bought the simple item and kept the day with his close friends.
Roedd Gareth yn dysgu gwerth y profiadau a rhannu cofroddion gyda’r rhai hynny, yn fwy o werth i’w hunaniaeth na'r pris.
Gareth learned that the value of experiences and sharing souvenirs with those dear to him was greater for his identity than the price.
Drwy ffenestri mawr y siop, roedd lliwiau'r hydref yn taro golau, gyda rhediad barddonol dros y strydoedd.
Through the large shop windows, the autumn colors cast light, poetically running over the streets.
Roedd Gareth yn gwybod ei fod wedi dewis y cofrodd gorau oll - atgof o ddiwrnod gyda ffrindiau, mwy drosbwyol na thryfau.
Gareth knew he chose the best souvenir of all - a memory of a day with friends, more transcendent than treasures.
A dyna oedd gwerth y diwrnod, nid yn y trysorau a brynodd, ond yn y profiadau a rannodd gyda’r rhai a garodd.
And that was the value of the day, not in the treasures bought, but in the experiences shared with the ones he loved.
