  • Han besluttede at besøge Tivoli, det berømte forlystelsespark.

He decided to visit Tivoli, the famous amusement park.

The Tivoli gardens were filled with joy and excitement.

But for Lars, the lights and attractions were new and unfamiliar.

He began to wander around, not really knowing where he was going.

  • Tivoli er stort.

    Tivoli is big.

  • Meget stort.

    Very big.

And now Lars suddenly found himself completely lost.

  • Hans puls begyndte at stige.

His heart rate began to rise.

  • Han kiggede på sit ur.

    He looked at his watch.

  • Det var næsten blevet aften.

    It was almost evening.

  • Lars begyndte at føle panik.

    Lars started to feel panic.

  • Han så en stor attraktion.

    He saw a big attraction.

  • Den hed Rutschebanen.

It was called the Roller Coaster.

  • Han gik tættere på.

    He walked closer.

  • Men det gjorde kun hans forvirring værre.

But it only made his confusion worse.

  • Han var endnu mere fortabt.

    He was even more lost.

  • Lars kiggede sig rundt.

    Lars looked around.

  • Han prøvede at finde en vej ud.

He tried to find a way out.

  • Lars så en pige.

    Lars saw a girl.

  • Hun arbejdede i Tivoli.

  • Lars gik til hende.

    Lars approached her.

  • Han fortalte hende, at han var vild.

He told her that he was lost.

  • Pigen smilte.

    The girl smiled.

  • Hun fortalte ham ikke at være bange.

She told him not to be afraid.

  • Hun pegede på et kort.

    She pointed to a map.

  • Vejen ud var ikke langt væk.

The way out was not far.

  • Lars takkede pigen.

    Lars thanked the girl.

  • Han fulgte hendes råd.

    He followed her advice.

He began to walk towards the exit.

  • Hans hjerte begyndte at falde til ro.

His heart began to calm down.

  • Han så endelig Tivoli porten.

  • Lars gik ud af Tivoli.

    Lars walked out of Tivoli.

  • Han smilede.

    He smiled.

  • Han var glad for sin tur.

He was happy with his trip.

But he was also glad to be out.

  • Lars lærte en vigtig lektie den dag.

Lars learned an important lesson that day.

Even when you are lost, you can always find a way out.

  • Og sådan endte Lars' dag i Tivoli.

And that's how Lars' day in Tivoli ended.

Even though he got scared, it was a good day.

  • Lars gik hjem.

    Lars went home.

  • Han sov godt den nat.

    He slept well that night.

The first thing he did the next day was to buy a map of Tivoli.

  • Han ville være klar til næste gang.

He wanted to be prepared for next time.

  • Han ville ikke fare vild igen.

He did not want to get lost again.

And that can be called a satisfying resolution to a central conflict!
