  • Suvepäev valgustas psühhiaatriaosakonna teraapiaruumi suurtest akendest sissetuleva päikesepaistega.

A summer day illuminated the therapy room of the psychiatry ward with sunlight streaming in through the large windows.

  • Ruumi täitsid laualt veidi tolmused, kuid siiski värvikad kunstitarbed, ja seinu kaunistasid patsientide kunstiteosed.

The room was filled with art supplies on the table, slightly dusty but still colorful, and the walls were adorned with patients' artworks.

  • Tundus, nagu oleks iga joonistus täis salapäraseid mõtteid, mida üksnes selle looja mõista võis.

It seemed as if each drawing was full of mysterious thoughts that only its creator could understand.

  • Aino istus laua ääres, vaadates innukalt oma lemmikjoonistusi.

Aino sat at the table, eagerly looking at her favorite drawings.

  • Teda vaevas tunne, et need vajavad rohkem elu, rohkem värvi.

She was troubled by the feeling that they needed more life, more color.

These were the thoughts that occupied her mind as she approached Liisa, the therapy session facilitator.

"Liisa," Aino began, "I want to use my time to talk to you about colors."

  • Liisa vaatas teda õrnalt, kuulates, mida Ainol öelda on.

Liisa looked at her gently, listening to what Aino had to say.

  • "Mulle ei piisa neist tavalistest värvidest," jätkas Aino julgelt.

"These ordinary colors are not enough for me," Aino continued courageously.

"My imagination is so vivid, but it's not visible in these dull shades."

  • Liisa noogutas mõistvalt.

    Liisa nodded understandingly.

  • "Ma saan aru, Aino.

    "I understand, Aino.

  • Meie eelarve on piiratud, aga ma püüan aidata.

Our budget is limited, but I'll try to help.

  • Las ma räägin Toomasega, keskuse juhataja, äkki saame midagi korraldada."

Let me talk to Toomas, the center director, and maybe we can arrange something."

  • Järgmisel hommikul tuli Liisa naeratades tagasi.

The next morning, Liisa returned with a smile.

  • "Mul on hea uudis!"

    "I have good news!"

  • ütles ta.

    she said.

  • "Toomas andis loa viia sind kohalikku kunstipoodi.

"Toomas gave permission to take you to the local art store.

  • Meil on natuke raha uute värvide jaoks."

We have a little money for new paints."

  • Aino silmad särasid.

    Aino's eyes sparkled.

  • Selle uudise kuulmine süstis temasse uut energiat.

Hearing this news filled her with new energy.

  • Täna juhatas Liisa teda poe poole.

Today, Liisa guided her towards the store.

  • Seal, eredate värvide meres, kihas Aino kujutlusvõime.

There, in the sea of bright colors, Aino's imagination buzzed.

She carefully chose for herself a blue sky, a green forest, and the reflection of a red evening.

  • Tagasi osakonnas, oma uute värvidega käes, tundis Aino end teistsugusena.

Back in the ward, with her new paints in hand, Aino felt different.

She felt stronger and knew that her voice, too, could be heard.

With brush and canvas, she opened herself in full splendor, telling stories that words could not convey.

  • Endaga harmoonias, leidis Aino rahu ja selguse.

In harmony with herself, Aino found peace and clarity.

She had taken the first step in standing up for herself, and it was just the beginning.

Aino now knew that in her hands she held the power to present her world exactly as she wished.

In this way, Aino's confidence grew, along with her ability to open up and free herself through her artistic endeavors.

  • See oli algus teekonnale, millel polnud piire.

It was the beginning of a journey with no bounds.
