Katri seisis akna juures ja vaatas, kuidas tuul värvilisi vahtralehti mööda tänavat laiali kandis.
Katri stood by the window and watched as the wind scattered colorful maple leaves down the street.
Ta armastas sügist Tallinnas.
She loved autumn in Tallinn.
All those red and golden hues provided her with inspiration, but today she couldn't focus on her painting.
Meeles keerles üks peamine mõte – millal tulevad meditsiinilised tulemused?
One main thought swirled in her mind – when would the medical results come?
Her thoughts were interrupted by Mart, who stepped out of the kitchen with a cup of hot tea in hand.
"Proovi sellest teest, see rahustab närve," ütles ta naeratades.
"Try this tea, it will calm your nerves," he said with a smile.
Mart, alati toetav ja optimistlik, püüdis hoida atmosfääri kodus helge.
Mart, always supportive and optimistic, tried to keep the atmosphere at home cheerful.
"Mina teen kõik, et aidata, aga tead, et kõige olulisem on nüüd oodata ja mitte muretseda.
"I'm doing everything I can to help, but you know, the most important thing now is to wait and not to worry.
Piret suggested recently that you could try turning your anxiety into art."
Mart viipas ruumi poole, kus Katri lõuend ootas.
Mart gestured toward the room where Katri's canvas awaited.
Katri hingas sügavalt sisse.
Katri took a deep breath.
"Ma tean, et pole mõtet muretseda enne, kui midagi kindlat tean, aga see ootamine... see on nii raske."
"I know it's pointless to worry until I know something for sure, but this waiting... it's so hard."
Mart nuhutas õhus olevat sooja kaneelimaitselist lõhna.
Mart sniffed the warm cinnamon scent in the air.
"Oleme alles hiljuti Mihklipäeva tähistanud, pimedate kuude ettevalmistamine on nõudnud nii palju energiat.
"We've just recently celebrated Mihklipäev, preparing for the dark months has taken so much energy.
Proovi mõelda sellele kui uuele algusele."
Try to think of it as a new beginning."
Katri vaikselt noogutas.
Katri nodded quietly.
She closed her eyes and tried to think about how those Mihklipäev memories might refresh her creativity.
Lehed krabisesid väljas tuules.
The leaves rustled outside in the wind.
Need värvid ju inspireerisid teda alati.
Those colors always inspired her.
Piret tuli külla ja tõi kaasa värskeid safranilõhnalisi leibu.
Piret visited and brought fresh saffron-scented breads.
"Sa ei pea kogu aeg ootel olema," ütles Piret mõistvalt.
"You don't have to be waiting all the time," said Piret understandingly.
"Pane oma energia millessegi, mida kontrollida saad.
"Put your energy into something you can control.
Art can channel a part of you that you don't have power over."
Katri süvenes oma töösse.
Katri immersed herself in her work.
She picked up the brush and let the colors flow onto the canvas.
Iga pintslitõmme aitas tal vähem mõelda tulemustele ja rohkem sellele, mida ta armastas – loomeprotsessile endale.
Each brushstroke helped her think less about the results and more about what she loved – the creative process itself.
Just when she felt the anxiety begin to fade, the phone rang.
Katri süda jättis löögi vahele.
Katri's heart skipped a beat.
She rose slowly and looked at the screen – it was the doctor.
Mart ja Piret jälgisid teda hinge kinni pidades.
Mart and Piret watched her, holding their breath.
Katri võttis telefoni ja kuulas.
Katri picked up the phone and listened.
Her hand trembled at first, but as she spoke, a smile mixed with tears appeared on her face.
"Kõik on korras, tulemused on head.
"Everything is fine, the results are good.
Nad ütlesid, et midagi pole muretsemiseks."
They said there's nothing to worry about."
Katri tundis, kuidas tohutu kergendus üle tema voogas.
Katri felt a tremendous relief flow over her.
"Kui saaksin, maaliksin need rahu ja õnne tunded kohe!"
"If I could, I'd paint these feelings of peace and happiness right away!"
Pärast kõne lõpetamist suudles Mart teda otsa ette.
After ending the call, Mart kissed her on the forehead.
"Sa oled tugev ja suudad kõigele vastu pidada."
"You are strong and can withstand anything."
Katri naeratas, vaadates lõuendile.
Katri smiled, looking at the canvas.
She now knew that even from uncertainty, something beautiful can arise, and that art can express even the deepest emotions.
Thus, she picked up the brush once again, knowing that the future is not to be feared but embraced.
And so, Katri resolved her inner conflict, turning anxiety into inspiration.
