It was important for him to be part of the celebrations and not leave his work to someone else.

Tamar stood by a stall, laughing with children, and seemed to notice he wasn't quite his usual self.

"נעם, אתה נראה קצת חיוור.

"Noam, you look a bit pale.

הכל בסדר?

Is everything okay?"

" שאלה בקול דואג.

she asked with a concerned voice.

"אני בסדר," השיב נעם במהירות, מנסה לחייך.

"I'm fine," Noam replied quickly, trying to smile.

הוא לא רצה להכביד על אחרים עם בעיותיו.

He didn't want to burden others with his problems.

אך ככל שעבר הזמן, הכאב הפך יותר מדי לתעלם ממנו.

But as time went on, the pain became too much to ignore.

בזמן ריקוד מסורתי, נעם הרגיש דקירה חדה וצנח על הקרקע.

During a traditional dance, Noam felt a sharp sting and fell to the ground.

תמר רצה אליו מיד, ואחריה רבים מהאנשים שהשתתפו באירוע.

Tamar ran to him immediately, followed by many others participating in the event.

הם עזרו לתמוך בו והובילו אותו לאליה, האחות של הקיבוץ.

They helped support him and led him to Elia, the nurse of the kibbutz.

אליה בדקה את נעם בעדינות וניהלה עליו שיחה קצרה.

Elia gently examined Noam and had a short conversation with him.

"אתה חייב לנוח, נעם.

"You need to rest, Noam.

הפציעה שלך לא תיעלם אם לא תטפל בה.

Your injury won't go away if you don't take care of it."

" תמר הנהנה בהסכמה, "אנחנו פה בשבילך.

Tamar nodded in agreement, "We are here for you.

תן לנו לעזור.

Let us help."

"לאחר רגע של היסוס, נעם הסכים.

After a moment of hesitation, Noam agreed.

הוא הבין שאנשים רצו לדאוג לו ושלא חייב לנסות להתמודד לבד.

He realized that people wanted to care for him and that he didn't have to try to handle everything alone.

כשהוא שכב לנוח, שמע את קולות החגיגה ממשיכים ברקע, וידע שהקיבוץ שם בשבילו.

As he lay down to rest, he heard the sounds of the festivities continuing in the background and knew the kibbutz was there for him.

Tamar and Elia made sure to continue his work at the festival.

בסיומו של היום, נעם למד לקח חשוב.

By the end of the day, Noam learned an important lesson.

לעיתים אנחנו חייבים לדעת מתי לעצור ולבקש עזרה, ולא להסתמך תמיד על עצמנו בלבד.

Sometimes we must know when to stop and ask for help, rather than always relying solely on ourselves.

The community of the kibbutz is something to nurture and be willing to accept.
