इसी गाँव में अरजुन नाम का एक मेहनती किसान रहता था।

In this village lived a hardworking farmer named Arjun.

अरजुन अपनी ज़मीन और फसलों को लेकर बहुत गर्व करता था।

Arjun took great pride in his land and crops.

उसके जीवन की सारी मेहनत इन्हीं फसलों पर टिकी थी।

His life's work was dependent on these crops.

सर्दियों के इस समय में, फसल काटने का काम शुरू होने वाला था।

During this winter season, the harvest was about to begin.

लेकिन तभी, अरजुन के जीवन में एक अनवांछित संकट खड़ा हो गया।

But then, an unwelcome crisis arose in Arjun's life.

अरजुन अचानक बीमार पड़ गया।

Arjun suddenly fell ill.

उसकी हालत इतनी बिगड़ गई कि वह बिस्तर से उठने में भी असमर्थ हो गया।

His condition worsened to the point where he was unable to get out of bed.

फसल पक कर तैयार थी और उसे समय पर काटना आवश्यक था, नहीं तो मेहनत का फल बर्बाद हो सकता था।

The crop was ripe and needed to be harvested on time, or else all his hard work would be in vain.

हर रोज़ बिस्तर पर लेटे-लेटे, अरजुन चिंता में डूब जाता।

Lying in bed every day, Arjun was immersed in worry.

वह सोचता था कि अगर फसल समय पर नहीं कटेगी तो उसके परिवार को बहुत नुकसान होगा।

He thought about how, if the crop wasn't harvested on time, his family would suffer great losses.
