She always sought new stories whenever she visited the shrine.

春人は一大決心をしました。

Haruto made a big decision.

「秋子に相談してみよう。」

"I'll try consulting with Akiko."

「秋子さん、少しお話ししてもいいですか？」春人は勇気を振り絞り、秋子に事情を話しました。

"Akiko-san, could we talk for a bit?" Haruto gathered his courage and explained the situation to her.

秋子は春人の話に驚き、興味を示します。

一方、春人は古い友人の健太にも声をかけました。健太は神社の常連で、昔からの知り合いです。

「あ、春人…実は、伝説を確かめたくて遺物を借りてしまったんだ。すまない。」

"Oh, Haruto... Actually, I borrowed the relic to verify the legend. I’m sorry."

驚きと共に、春人は健太を見ます。

In surprise, Haruto looked at Kenta.

でも、彼の正直な姿に打たれました。

秋子も言います。「大切なのは、今、戻ってきたことじゃない？」
