公園にはたくさんの人が集まっていました。

空には明るい夏の日差しが差し込み、桜の木が薄紅色の花びらを揺らしていました。

お盆の祭りで、たくさんの灯篭が飾られ、公園は賑やかでした。

It was the Obon festival, with many lanterns decorated all around, and the park was lively.

HarutoとYumiはこの日にピクニックを計画しました。

Haruto and Yumi had planned a picnic for this day.

Harutoは心の中で少し緊張していました。

Haruto felt a little nervous inside.

今日はYumiと素晴らしい一日を過ごしたいと思っていました。

He wanted to spend a wonderful day with Yumi today.

しかし、彼はいつも自分を頼りにできるかどうかを心配していました。

ところが、突然Yumiが咳をし始めました。

「何か変だわ...」と彼女は不安そうに言いました。

"Something feels strange..." she said anxiously.

Harutoの心配は一気に現実となりました。

Yumiの顔に赤いブツブツが出始め、彼女は苦しそうでした。

Red spots began to appear on Yumi's face, and she looked distressed.

Harutoはすぐに動き出しました。

「大丈夫、すぐに助けを呼ぶよ！」と彼は心配を胸に抱えながら、冷静に周りを見回しました。

"It's okay, I'll call for help right away!" he said, holding his worry inside while calmly looking around.

人混みの中を駆け抜け、医療に詳しい人を探しました。

He ran through the crowd, searching for someone knowledgeable in medicine.

「医者はいますか？」Harutoは必死に声を上げました。

"Is there a doctor here?" Haruto called out desperately.

すぐに一人の親切な看護師が近寄ってきて、Yumiの状態を確認しました。

Soon, a kind nurse approached and checked Yumi's condition.

「彼女には休息が必要ですね。心配しないで、手伝います。」と看護師は優しく言いました。

"She needs rest. Don't worry, I'll help," the nurse said gently.

Yumiは安全な場所に運ばれ、手早く処置が行われました。

Yumi was moved to a safe place, and quick treatment was administered.

彼女は安堵の表情を浮かべました。

She had a relieved expression on her face.

「ありがとう、Haruto。あなたがいなかったらどうなっていたか分からないわ。」Yumiは微笑んで言いました。

"Thank you, Haruto. I don't know what would have happened without you," Yumi said with a smile.

彼女は自分がどれほどHarutoに感謝しているか言葉では表せませんでした。

She couldn't put into words how grateful she was to Haruto.

その時、Harutoは自分が思った以上に頑張れることを知りました。

At that moment, Haruto realized that he could rise to the occasion more than he thought.

彼は未来のどんな困難な状況にも立ち向かえると自信を持ちました。

He gained confidence that he could face any difficult situation in the future.

Yumiへの想いは大切で、彼女と一緒にいることが本当に幸せだと気付きました。

その日、公園ではまだお盆の祭りが続いていました。
