Lars stood in the small classroom, looking out the window.

"This is very impressive," she said.

"But what about math?"
"Lars nikket.
Lars nodded.
"Matte kan læres.
"Math can be learned.
Men denne nysgjerrigheten—den er uvurderlig.
But this curiosity—it's invaluable.
Hvis vi gir henne de ressursene hun trenger, kan hun utvikle seg betydelig.
If we give her the resources she needs, she can develop significantly."
"Sigrid tok plakaten ned og studerte den nøye.
Sigrid took down the poster and studied it carefully.

"I see what you mean," she responded thoughtfully.

"I will bring this up at the next board meeting.

We must look at the possibilities for more creative methods."
"Lars smilte, lettet over å ha nådd frem til henne.
Lars smiled, relieved to have gotten through to her.
"Takk, Sigrid.
"Thank you, Sigrid.
Sammen kan vi gi barna flere muligheter.
Together, we can give the children more opportunities."
"Da møtet var over, følte Lars seg mer sikker på kampen om elevenes fremtid.
When the meeting was over, Lars felt more confident about the fight for the students' future.
