Erawan Waterfall was in the rainy season, the season where all living things flourish and get ample water.

น้ำตกส่งเสียงดังสนั่น ขณะที่ละอองน้ำปกคลุมอากาศอย่างเป็นเม็ดหนา

The waterfall roared loudly as mist filled the air thickly.

ก่อนหน้านี้นิรันดร์ไม่เคยรู้สึกว่ามีข้อสงสัยหรือต้องการคำยืนยันมากเท่านี้เลย แต่มันไม่ได้เป็นเช่นนั้นอีกต่อไป

Nirun had never felt so uncertain or in need of confirmation before, but that was no longer the case.

Suda halted and turned to meet Nirun’s eyes.

"นิรันดร์, ฉันไม่ชอบการกดดัน

"Nirun, I don’t like being pressured.

ฉันเพียงแต่อยากเพลิดเพลินกับช่วงเวลานี้"

I just want to enjoy this moment.”

นิรันดร์ถอนหายใจยาว

Nirun took a deep sigh.

Nirun stopped in his tracks and looked at Suda.

"อะไรก็แล้วแต่ บอกฉันสิ"

"No matter what it is, tell me."

ทั้งสองคนเดินไปจนถึงชั้นบนของน้ำตก

The two walked until they reached the upper tier of the waterfall.

น้ำไหลเชี่ยวแรง ละอองน้ำเย็นยะเยือก

The water flowed fiercely, cold mist in the air.

จิตใจของนิรันดร์เคลื่อนไหวด้วยความสงสัยและกังวล

Nirun's mind swirled with curiosity and worry.

แล้วสุดาก็หยุดและพูดออกมา

Then Suda stopped and spoke.

“Nirun, I got a new job abroad.

I don’t know how long I’ll be there.

I’m afraid we’ll be apart.

I just wanted to find happiness in this moment for now.”

Nirun felt his world shattering immediately.

"ทำไมถึงไม่บอกฉันล่ะ? ทุกอย่างจะดีกว่านี้หากฉันรู้"

"Why didn’t you tell me? Everything would have been better if I knew."

สุดามองนิรันดร์ตาเป็นประกาย

Suda's eyes sparkled with tears.

"ฉันไม่รู้ว่าฉันควรบอกมั้ย

"I wasn’t sure if I should.

ฉันไม่อยากให้เราทะเลาะกัน"

I didn’t want us to argue."

นิรันดร์นั่งลงบนหินและสุดาก็ทำตาม

Nirun sat down on a rock, and Suda did the same.
