วันหนึ่งในสวนลุมพินี อริสากำลังวิ่งอยู่ในสวน

One day in Suan Lumphini, Arisa was running in the park.

At another corner of Suan Lumphini, Niran was taking a leisurely walk.

The young man, who had a gentle smile, always carried a first-aid kit with him.

He noticed Arisa, who seemed uncomfortable, and hurried over to her.

"Are you alright?" Niran asked with concern.

อริสาพยายามพูดแต่หายใจไม่ออก

Arisa tried to speak but couldn’t catch her breath.

นีรันดร์หยิบอุปกรณ์ช่วยหายใจออกจากกระเป๋าและยื่นให้เธอ

Niran took a breathing aid out of his bag and handed it to her.

อริสาค่อยๆ หายใจเข้า หายใจออก

Slowly, Arisa breathed in and out.

หลังจากนั้นไม่นานเธอรู้สึกดีขึ้น

Soon after, she felt better.

"ขอบคุณมากค่ะ" อริสาพูดพร้อมยิ้ม

"Thank you so much," Arisa said with a smile.

เธอรู้สึกโล่งใจที่มีคนช่วย

She felt relieved to have someone help her.

นีรันดร์ยิ้มตอบ

Niran smiled back.

"พี่ต้องดูแลสุขภาพก่อนนะ ค่อย ๆ ฝึกซ้อมไปครับ"

"You should take care of your health first. Train gradually."

อริสาพยักหน้า

Arisa nodded.

เธอรู้ว่าต้องระวังตัวมากขึ้น และเปิดใจรับความช่วยเหลือจากผู้อื่น

She knew she had to be more careful and open herself to accepting help from others.

ตั้งแต่นั้น อริสาก็ไม่ลืมดูแลตัวเองเมื่อออกมาวิ่ง

From that day on, Arisa never forgot to take care of herself when she went out to run.

เธอรู้ว่าการดูแลสุขภาพสำคัญมาก และขอบคุณนีรันดร์ที่ช่วยเธอในวันนั้น

She realized how important it was to look after her health and was grateful to Niran for helping her that day.
