Саме тут зібралися друзі: Олександр, Катерина і Богдан.

It was here that friends gathered: Oleksandr, Kateryna, and Bohdan.

Вони приїхали зустріти Різдво в цьому чарівному місці.

They came to celebrate Christmas in this magical place.

Олександр, завжди веселий і добродушний, вирішив цього року вразити своїх друзів.

Oleksandr, always cheerful and good-natured, decided to impress his friends this year.

Він захотів стати центром уваги під час різдвяних святкувань.

He wanted to become the center of attention during the Christmas celebrations.

Його ідея народилася випадково, коли він побачив гілочку падуба, що лежала на столі.

His idea came accidentally when he saw a sprig of holly lying on the table.

"Ось, що зробить мене зіркою цього свята", – подумав він.

"This is what will make me the star of this holiday," he thought.

Наступного ранку, вдягнувши теплу куртку, Олександр вставив гілочку падуба у свою шапку.

The next morning, after putting on a warm jacket, Oleksandr inserted the sprig of holly into his hat.

Він виглядав так, ніби сам Дід Мороз з'явився на гірськолижному спуску.

He looked as if Did Moroz himself had appeared on the ski slope.

Катерина побачила цю неймовірну сцену та сміялася: "Олександре, ти точно зможеш так спуститися?

Kateryna saw this incredible scene and laughed: "Oleksandr, can you really ski like that?"

" Богдан теж не стримався від сміху: "Тільки не падай, гілочка важить більше, ніж ти думаєш".

Bohdan couldn't help but laugh either: "Just don't fall; that sprig weighs more than you think."

Але Олександр був налаштований рішуче.

But Oleksandr was determined.

Він обрав нелегку трасу, ігноруючи застереження Катерини.

He chose a challenging slope, ignoring Kateryna's warnings.

"Я покажу всім, як можна круто кататися", – говорив він.

"I'll show everyone how cool skiing can be," he said.

Від першого руху все йшло не так погано, проте середина схилу принесла їй несподіванку.

The first movements were not so bad, but the middle of the slope brought a surprise.

Баланс, здавалося, залишив його, гілочка злетіла, і Олександр упав прямісінько в замет.

Balance seemed to have left him, the sprig flew off, and Oleksandr fell right into a snowdrift.

Друзі підбігли до нього зі сміхом та словами підтримки.

His friends ran over to him with laughter and words of support.

"Це було прекрасно!

"That was wonderful!"

" – сказала Катерина, намагаючись стримати посмішку.

said Kateryna, trying to hold back her smile.

"Ти – справжній Різдвяний король химер", – додав Богдан.

"You're a true Christmas king of antics," added Bohdan.

Олександр, обтрушуючи сніг, теж засміявся.

Oleksandr, brushing off the snow, also laughed.

Тепер він розумів, що справжнє свято – це не вміння вразити трюками, а радість і сміх разом із друзями.

He now understood that the true celebration isn't about impressing with tricks, but about joy and laughter together with friends.

Ось так дрібна пригода стала чудовим різдвяним спогадом.

Thus, a small adventure became a wonderful Christmas memory.

І, сидячи ввечері в теплій хаті під зорями, друзі знали, що головне – це бути самим собою і разом сміятися.
